The concept of the exercise is to tourniquet the base of a semi erect penis and force the grip forward as far as possible to expand the tunicae above the grip. The grip is made tightly so that it will not travel up the shaft as with jelqing.
This exercise has been modified considerably and some of the modifications will also be appearing in later videos.
After jelqing and with a 60-80% erection, create a tourniquet grip at the base of the shaft. A tourniquet grip is much tighter than a standard jelq grip, no blood should pass through the grip and it should not be able to slip down the shaft.
Move the grip forward as far as possible, creating a good pump in the shaft.
Force the grip forward, increasing the pump more.
Allow the grip to fall back a little.
Force the grip forward again, if possible increasing the pump over the last time.
Allow the grip to fall back a little again. Repeat this movement at least 5 times, then release and repeat the entire exercise. An overhand OK grip could also be used, though it can obscure injury.
