This exercise is designed to impact the tunica greatly and will effect girth in particular though length benefits are also likely. It is recommended that this exercise not be attempted without 2 months of PE experience and as with other exercises, performing in good light and with constant monitoring for injury is important.
After a warm wrap and application of a suitable lube, create a standard OK grip at the base of the shaft, when at least 60% erect.
Create an overhand OK grip at the base of the penis directly above the first grip.
While maintaining the first grip push the second, overhand, grip forward in a standard jelqing motion.
Keep pushing the grip forward until it reaches close to the glans, then release it and reapply above the static grip at the base. Continue this for some time. Occasionally release the base grip and exchange hands.
With a standard OK grip statically held at the base of the semi erect penis. Pinch an overhand OK near the base of the shaft to create extra tension in the tunica. Repeat near the middle of the shaft.
Repeat the pinch close to the glans. Continue to apply and release the second grip up and down the shaft in an even manner completely releasing it before moving it.
