Warning
Because it is both very easy to overdo the bend and because bending with an erection can cause the stress to focus on a tiny portion of the penis, this exercise is considered to have a high risk factor and should not be attempted by those without both good familiarity with penile anatomy and many months of PE experience allowing the risk/reward relationship to be properly weighed.
Sadsak Slinky Video
The Sadsak Slinky is a very effective and very intense girth exercise. In this exercise, the engorged penis is bent and manipulated like a slinky, moving a bend from the bottom to the top of the shaft. The outside of the bend is put under intense stress and it is very easy to overdo. It is recommended that this exercise is initially placed at the end of a routine and that the repetitions are initially limited.
On a thoroughly warmed up semi erect penis, create a grip at the base. A standard OK grip works well for the slinky going up and an overhand OK grip works well for the slinky going down, the video shows a standard OK grip throughout. Wait for the erection to fade completely. This exercise must be performed on an engorged not an erect penis.
Gradually ease into an arced downward bend with the apex of the bend near the base grip. If the bend feels uncomfortable or painful, or the penis kinks rather than bending smoothly an erection probably still exists. Bending the penis slightly when erect can cause a softening of the erection as the natural protection mechanism kicks in but you should not rely on this mechanism but allow the erection to fade as previously stated.
Starting with the apex of the bend near the base, raise and control the position of the hand of the grip at the glans to encourage the apex of the bend to travel up the shaft, just like playing with a slinky.
The top of the bend should move smoothly from the base through to the middle of the shaft...
...finishing at the top of the shaft. Once the top is reached lower the hand at the glans and repeat. Each wave of the slinky should last around two seconds. Repeat this as required, for up to 5 minutes.
After completing the downward set, bend the penis upward. If necessary regain an erection or release the base grip to kegel in more blood. The apex of the bend should now be at the base on the underside of the penis.
Again, push forward from the base controlling the grip at the glans to cause a smooth wave to run along the underside of the penis to the middle...
...finishing at the top of the shaft. Once the top is reached raise the hand at the glans and repeat. Repeat this as required, for up to 5 minutes.
After completing the upward set, bend the penis to the right (the video says left, the video is wrong). Ensure there is enough blood in the penis.
As before, push forward from the base causing the apex to move slinky-like through to the middle...
...finishing at the top of the shaft. Once the top is reached pull the hand at the glans back and repeat. Repeat this movement as required, for up to 5 minutes.
Finally repeat the exercise to the right.
Upon completion the penis should feel evenly worked. The tunica should feel sore but not painful.
