Hanging Video

Novice hangers should ensure both that they use a suitable weight, and avoid excessive loss of circulation when hanging. Any feeling of numbness or cold/blue glans should be taken as an indication to immediately end the hanging session.

This video covers the steps involved in wrapping, attaching a hanger to the penis, and weight to the hanger. It uses a Bib Hanger but is applicable to other hangers.

Warm up with a rice sock or equivalent method.	Holding the glans, pull the penis out.
Wrap the penis, lightly at first. If using a two stage wrap apply the cotton wrap, then apply the theraband wrap. This picture show a combined cotton/thera wrap bonded together.	Continue wrapping the theraband.
Finish wrapping and hold the wrap.	Tape the end of the wrap.
Apply the hanger.	Top view of hanger application.
Pull back the skin at the base to avoid skin or hair interfering with the hanger.	Ensuring the penis is straight in the hanger, tighten it while expelling blood from the glans.
Pull the hanger out to check the tightness and that the penis is still straight in the hanger.	Connect the weight to the hanger and carefully lower the weight so that it is supported by the penis.
